FUSION STARTER PACK — 10 WEEKS

The Oracle® Sales Cloud Starter Pack Fixed Scope Implementation Offering is a fast-track entry into the solution and enables organizations to get up and running in 10 weeks. This is normally looked at as a pilot phase of a CRM implementation roadmap. Subsequent stages can include added functionality or integration points.

This implementation offering delivers the following:

Enablement and configuration of Territory and Quota Management, Enablement and configuration of Lead Management, Enablement and configuration of Opportunity Management, Enablement and configuration of Assignment Management, Enablement and configuration of Sales forecasting, Enablement of pre-defined reports and dashboards

EXTENDED DATA FIXED SCOPE IMPLEMENTATION

The Oracle® Sales Cloud Extended Data Fixed Scope Implementation Offering will give customers the option to further enrich their investment in the Starter pack by importing data from their legacy or purchased solutions.

This can include but is not limited to opportunities, customers and prospects and leads. This can be from a CRM solution or any other data source. Part of this offering is the cleansing and deduplication of data prior to loading into the solution. This cleansing and deduplication can be a one off or ongoing strategy. This will also include the creation of custom extensions in the solution.

 

INTEGRATION FIXED SCOPE IMPLEMENTATION

The Oracle® Sales Cloud Integration Fixed Scope Implementation Offering allows customers to further enhance their solution by integrating legacy solutions to the Oracle® Sales Cloud. This includes but is not limited to Oracle® eBusiness suite, Siebel CRM and Oracle® CRM.

Some of the possible integrations to Oracle® eBusiness are

Sales Account to Customer for Accounting, Sales Products to Items for Accounting, Sales Opportunity to Invoices, Orders, Receipting and other Financial attributes.

 

ADVANCED SCOPE IMPLEMENTATION

Our advanced scope implementation offering is in itself, a multi-phased implementation. Once you have implemented the Starter Pack implementation, we can then start looking at the full scope of the implementation. Like all successful CRM implementations irrespective of the offering, this is a phased implementation.
